Mat2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the mat2 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mat2 platform available through the domain mat2.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. mat2 reserves the right to deny access to any individual who fails to comply with these terms.
The mat2 platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and are not prohibited by local laws from accessing online entertainment services.

2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the mat2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. mat2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time — including copies of your IC or other supporting documents — before processing any withdrawal.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. You are advised to use a strong password and never share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please notify the mat2 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
3 Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mat2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods, including local e-wallets, online banking, and other methods listed in your account's deposit section.
Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are their own and obtained through legitimate means. The use of third-party payment methods without the owner's authorisation is prohibited. mat2 reserves the right to freeze accounts and hold withdrawals pending verification if any suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe determined by your chosen payment method. mat2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. If an account is found to be in breach of these terms, mat2 reserves the right to decline or cancel the relevant withdrawal request.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policy displayed in the user account section. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
4 Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
All mat2 platform users are required to comply with the established usage rules. Any attempt to cheat, exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software, or take any action that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to exploit the system
- Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage
- Identity fraud or use of false information during registration
- Misuse of promotions or bonuses through unauthorised methods
- Any money laundering activity or suspicious financial transactions
Mat2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account immediately and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to the security of the platform or other users.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance including bonus funds may be forfeited. Users whose accounts have been closed for violations are not permitted to re-register.
5 Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limit
Mat2 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and mat2 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mat2 platform, including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software, is the exclusive property of mat2 or parties that have licensed it to mat2. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content without written permission is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The mat2 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. mat2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the terms and policies of each third party before engaging with their services.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the platform operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mat2 platform must first be resolved through the platform's prescribed process before any formal legal action is taken.
Users agree that any claim or dispute must be filed within the period prescribed by applicable law, calculated from the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
6 Terms Amendments & Contact Information
Mat2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and stop using the platform.
